This is my first blog. Well really it’s my first public blog - have set up a couple of blogs in the past while just to play around with the various tools etc. Have been a ‘lurker’ in the blogosphere for a while, find it fascinating and am now venturing into researching the Irish Blogosphere for a dissertation as part fulfillment of the requirements of an MsC in Internet Systems. Go easy on me - I am only putting my toe in the water!

Welcome welcome! I'm really looking forward to what you discover about the Irish Blog World...should be most interesting...
Thank you that girl for dropping by....it seems to be a very exciting time for bloggers at the moment and I hope that whatever research I do into the whole area is a true representation of what is happening out there although I'm conscious that it is very much a 'moving target'. Anyway thank you for the positive comments - I will be looking for some Irish Bloggers to complete a questionaire sometime in May and I am hoping people will be receptive. I will of course make my findings available to all when I'm finished and won't be quoting people or whatever without their consent etc. I love your blog by the way and congratulations on your 2 well-deserved awards
